Requirements

 IT Management:

a. IT Strategy: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring

that technology supports and enhances all aspects of the business.

b. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and expansion of the

company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

c. Software and Systems: Manage and optimize software and systems, ensuring they are up to

date, efficient, and secure. This includes ERP, CRM, and other key business applications.

d. Data Security: Implement and enforce robust data security measures to protect sensitive

company and customer data.

e. IT Support: Manage a team responsible for providing IT support to employees, resolving

technical issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

f. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure

cost-effective services.

 Administration:

a. Facilities Management: Supervise office facilities, including maintenance, security, and access

control.

b. Procurement: Oversee procurement activities, ensuring the acquisition of necessary supplies,

equipment, and services to support the organization's operations.

c. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for IT and administrative functions,

ensuring cost-effective operations.

d. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in both IT and

administrative areas.

e. Team Leadership: Manage and develop the IT and administrative teams, fostering a positive

work environment and promoting professional growth.

f. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on IT and

administrative needs and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field. A

master's degree is a plus.

b) Proven experience in IT and administrative management, with a track record of successful

leadership.

c) Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and systems.

d) Familiarity with procurement, facilities management, and budgeting.

e) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

f) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

g) Ability to make data-driven decisions and stay current with industry trends.
