Our Company is hiring for the position of Customer Service executive. The job functions include: Monitor account health metrics and proactively acting on solutions and communication to improve and maintain our marketplace account health in a good condition. Research product details or company policies to answer questions. Provide information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status. Provide customer support via email, phone, or social media channels. Respond to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics. Troubleshoot issues with various ecommerce platforms with possible solutions and plan. Create and maintain records of customer interactions. Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve account health and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account health and customer satisfaction to the senior management.
