l Respond to seller inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
l Assist sellers with account-related issues, order management, product inquiries, and policy questions.
l Troubleshoot and resolve seller issues and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and technical support to address seller needs effectively.
l Provide product and service recommendations to sellers to optimize their performance and success on our platform.
l Maintain accurate and detailed records of seller interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
l Stay updated on platform policies, procedures, and best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to sellers.
l Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
l Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
l Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
l Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
l Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software or ticketing systems is desirable.
l Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations is an advantage.
