Warehouse & FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Executive
Requirements
1. Warehouse Management:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory storage, organization, and management.
Implement efficient storage solutions and manage warehouse space effectively.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
2. Amazon FBA Coordination:
Prepare and package products according to Amazon's FBA standards and requirements.
Manage the FBA shipping process, including labeling, shipping plans, and creating shipments.
Monitor FBA inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and removal of unsellable items.
3. Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and order status.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues efficiently.
4. Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet Amazon's quality and packaging
standards.
Conduct inspections and testing as necessary to maintain product quality.
5. Inventory Tracking:
Utilize inventory management software and tools to track stock levels and generate reports.
Ensure alignment with Amazon's inventory limits and compliance requirements.
6. Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and FBA operations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
7. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA and warehousing policies, as well as relevant safety
regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
a. Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
b. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably with knowledge of Amazon FBA
operations.
c. Familiarity with Amazons FBA requirements and standards is a strong advantage.
d. Strong organizational and time management skills.
e. Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
f. Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
g. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
h. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
