Requirements

Key Responsibilty :

  • Handle End to end recruitment process (Sourcing to Joining)
  • Post job on openings on portals,social media and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job recruitments.
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Maintain candidates database and recruitment trackers.
  • Cordinate with hiring managersfor requirements understanding
  • Manage offer lette release and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth onbourding process for new hires.

Skill Requirements : 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (workindia,Noukari, apna job,etc)
  • Strong orgnizational skill and Time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic MS Excel and HR software knowledge

Educational qualification : 

  • Gradualte in any field(MBA in hr preferred)
  • Canditates with relavant Experience Can apply
