Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Account Management

  • Manage Amazon FBA accounts across domestic and international marketplaces (US, Europe, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, trust & safety standards

2. Cataloguing & Listing Optimization

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords)
  • Identify and scale top-performing SKUs
  • Ensure listing accuracy, completeness, and SEO optimization

3. Pricing & Inventory Management

  • Assist in pricing strategy and preparation of pricing files
  • Ensure daily updates of inventory and pricing across marketplaces
  • Monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs or overstocking

4. Buy Box & Performance Management

  • Work strategically to achieve and maintain Buy Box ownership
  • Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends

5. Order & Fulfillment Operations

  • Oversee order processing and ensure timely dispatch & delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams

6. Disputes & Compliance

  • Handle claims, reimbursements, and disputes efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and resolve account issues

7. Promotions & Growth

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, discounts, ads support)
  • Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, etc.)
  • Prepare MIS reports on sales, performance, and KPIs
  • Analyze large datasets using Excel for insights and decision-making

9. Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of 6–8 executives
  • Ensure task allocation, performance tracking, and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 📊 3–5 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management (Domestic + International preferred)
  • 📦 Strong hands-on experience with Amazon FBA operations
  • 💻 Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • 🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication and team management abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce (US/EU marketplaces)
